Application technology:

1.Used as a rapid oxygen bleaching process for cellulose fibers: AS-1610  1.5-4g/L; H₂O₂(35%)6-10g/L; Bath ratio 1:5-10   95-98℃X(40-60min)

2.Continuous rolling and steaming of cotton fabric: AS-1610  10-20g/L; H₂O₂(35%)30-50gl/L;      

 Chelating dispersant 3-5g/L;  Dip rolling—— steam 100℃×60min—— Hot water wash——wash

3.Cold rolled pile of cotton fabric: AS-1610   30-50g/L ; H₂O₂(35%) 30-50g/L ; Chelating dispersant 2-3g/L    dip rolling——room temperature 16h——hot water wash(95℃×2min)

4.Practice, bleaching, dyeing in one bath: AS-1610   3%(o.w.f); direct dye (resistant H₂O₂)X%;  H₂O₂(35%)5%(o.w.f);  bath ratio 1: 10,  95-100℃ X (30-40min)
